James Hoffmann Cold Brew Coffee

It’s 100+ degrees outside so officially cold brew season. Decided to see what the King of Coffee, James Hoffmann, had to say about it. Of course his recipe turns what I’ve been doing upside down. Ratios are about the same, but his recipe uses a finer grind, steeping in the fridge, shorter steep time, and a fining agent—never heard of that until now. I’ll stick with what I’ve been doing for now since it’s built into the daily routine, but might be worth a try sometime. ☕️
